We also accept bookings from Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia.
We distinguish 2 seasons in a year, both type of rooms (DOUBLE and TWIN) have the same prices:
HIGH-SEASON
from 1 June until 1 October = 430.000 Rp per night
LOW-SEASON
from 1 October until 1 June = 350.000 Rp per night
Each room is equipped for 2 persons, but on request we can put an extra bed in the room for a third person:
EXTRA PRICE for third person (including breakfast) = 130.000 Rp per night
We only accept cash for payment and only Rupiah's.
These prices include free WiFi, free breakfast, air-conditioning, unlimited drinking water from the water dispenser in front of your room and all taxes.
Every room has a small fridge and a private bathroom with towels and soap and shampoo.
Every room has itsown terrace or balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
Each room has a wardrobe and a desk to work inside the room.
The rooms have a private terrace or balcony with view on the garden and we will serve your breakfast there in the morning.
We can also arrange rental for motor bikes or bicycles and we can arrange TOURS inside and outside Ubud.

Check-in time is after 2 pm until 10 pm.
Check-out time is before 11 am in the morning.
Breakfast is served between 7 am and 10:30 am.

AIRPORT PICKUP SERVICE
We can offer you airport pickup or drop off for 400.000 Rp per ride for maximum 4 persons.
For arrivals after 23:00 hours or after midnight we charge 450.000 Rp for the pickup.
Just contact us with your flight details and we will arrange that for you.
